Service usage rules

By creating an account or using Finlyze you accept these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Finlyze is a software tool for recording, monitoring and analysing investment portfolios. Market data comes from external providers and is offered for informational purposes only.

You must provide truthful information when signing up and keep your password secret. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. Notify us of any unauthorised use by writing to hola@finlyze.es.

The following is not allowed:

• Using the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• Accessing accounts, data or systems without authorisation; attempting to compromise the security of the service.
• Reverse-engineering, mass scraping or any activity that degrades service quality for other users.
• Uploading content that infringes third-party rights or applicable laws.

Finlyze does not provide financial, tax or legal advice. The information, metrics and suggestions shown by the application — including rebalancing proposals — are for informational and educational purposes only. They must not be construed as investment advice.

Investment decisions are the sole responsibility of the user. We recommend consulting a qualified professional before trading.

The Finlyze software, brand and design belong to their owners and are protected by current legislation. We grant you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive licence to use the service in accordance with these terms.

You retain the rights to the data you input (portfolios, transactions, etc.).

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors. We may perform scheduled maintenance; we will try to give advance notice whenever possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finlyze is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of investment opportunities or loss of data arising from use of the service.

You can cancel your account at any time from your profile. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that breach these terms, giving prior notice when reasonable.

We may update these terms. We will inform you of significant changes with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect implies acceptance of the new version.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of the consumer's domicile when the user is a consumer, or otherwise to the courts of the city of Madrid.
